For the first time in the Northwest region, hundreds of drones lit up the sky during the opening night, featuring symbols such as the National Map, Dien Bien’s tourism logo, airplanes, and Hoa Ban flowers. This spectacular display left many locals and tourists in Dien Bien overwhelmed with excitement and joy.
