Number of drones: The initial cost depends on the number of drones required to execute your idea.

The duration of a typical drone light show is 8-12 minutes, but our drones can perform for up to 20 minutes.

Location: Costs for flights, insurance coverage, airspace permits, and equipment transportation vary by region or country.

Date & Time: National holidays are peak periods in the entertainment industry.

Concept: Unique shows, such as immersive experiences, architecture-based displays, or water performances, may present additional challenges.

Effort: Choosing a show from our existing catalog or repeating a previously customized performance for you may offer a more cost-effective solution.

Sometimes you already have a clear script, while other times it’s just a vague idea. Even if you don’t have one, Hitek will support you. Once the concept is established and finalized, we will create and send you a detailed document with high-quality designs showcasing the light images that will appear in the show. This document allows you to preview each pattern in the sky, observe the colors and transitions, and determine the meaning behind each image.

Next, Hitek provides a real-time 3D simulation video to preview the upcoming show. We then encode every detail to animate the drones accordingly.

In addition to the drone performance, Hitek also brings extra drones to the show location, along with ground control stations and battery chargers.

While Hitek’s equipment is transported to your location, it is protected in custom-designed cases, ensuring highly efficient packing without compromising safety.

Hitek handles all aspects of planning and executing the drone light show, including pre-event preparations and on-site coordination. Additionally, you will have access to technical and operational experts, project managers, and licensed pilots to deliver an outstanding performance.

Before the actual performance, Hitek will conduct a test show to verify everything and showcase what we have created together.
